• Customer Service 102 Start dates:  July-August , September- November, January-March.   To take this course you need to understand English at an intermediate level or higher. You should also have some work experience. It can be at a coffee shop, restaurant, hotel, store or other places where there is customer service. You do not need to be working right now, but you should be interested in working in customer service in the future.
• My Class Plus 102 Start dates:  July-August , September- November, January-March.  My Class Plus 102 is designed to work in conjunction with Customer Service 102 to provide students with additional confidence in English and effective online learning skills. It includes up to 10 hours of personal instruction as related to Customer Service 102.

• Culture and Media 101 Start dates:  July-August , September- November, January-March.  This course is designed for learners to discover Cultural comparisons through media. It is a Business English course for advanced ESL students. The purpose is to discover how media is viewed by English speaking cultures compared to other cultures, and to express these deeper thoughts in English. It is for college students who intend to improve their academic online interaction and it is effective for business professionals who work with English speakers from around the world.
• My Class Plus 101 Start dates:  July-August , September- November, January-March.   My Class Plus 101 is designed to work in conjunction with Canadian Culture & Media 101 to provide students with additional confidence in English and effective online learning skills. It includes up to 10 hours of personal instruction as related to Customer Service 102.
